Compact, Durable, and Built for Demanding Environments

NASCENTechnology, a Standex Electronics company, designs and manufactures Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic transformers for high-reliability applications where performance, strength, and compact design are essential.
These transformers are created by layering and firing ferrite ceramic tapes with printed silver windings, producing a solid ceramic structure that is both durable and compact. This co-fired process results in exceptional electrical performance and reliability while significantly reducing size and weight.
Manufactured in ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified facilities, these transformers offer complete traceability and can be tailored to meet unique electrical, thermal, and mechanical requirements.
- Compact, thin, and lightweight design that is less than half the size of traditional wire-wound transformers
- Rugged ceramic core with embedded silver windings
- Operates from -45 °C to +250 °C and withstands high shock and vibration
- Millions of charge and discharge cycles with complete performance data available
- Multiple shapes available, including round and rectangular formats
- Flexible co-fired termination styles and positions
- Integration with thick-film or co-fired circuits for hybrid assemblies
- Available as ITAR or COTS EAR99 standard designs
- Manufactured in a clean-room environment with full serial-number traceability
