The RL-1386 Through Hole Power Inductor series, also known as SWINGDUCTORSâ„¢, is engineered to satisfy demanding swinging choke applications where inductance variation with load current must be precisely controlled. Unlike conventional toroids, this series features a specially formulated core that allows for controlled saturation, ensuring repeatable inductance at a specific current. The toroidal geometry offers superior magnetic field containment, contributing to low EMI operation. Supplied with pre-tinned leads, these inductors are optimized for ease of installation in PCB layouts.
